How Are You Healing Today? *Missing Link?*

ree

Green peas, lentils, turmeric, oregano, walnuts, sunflower, chickpeas, black beans, coconut, shrimp. Healthy foods, right? All of them are indeed healthy, and some, like turmeric, are recommended for helping in the healing of many health conditions, especially the one that I was working to heal. They were all a part of my diet and healing journey. I thought that I was eating healthfully and doing the right things to heal. Then I took a Delayed Food Allergy blood test and discovered that every one of these foods and more were in fact not healing for my body! Even turmeric, which my health practitioner at the time told me was highly beneficial for people with my condition. These foods, in fact, were likely contributors to imbalances and inflammation in my body, which leads to the condition that I had been experiencing for decades. Delayed Food Allergy awareness has been a big missing link in my healing journey, and one that was relatively easy to work with - and to see results!

Which Foods are Medicine for You and Which Foods are Not Healing for You?

Could you have a Delayed Food Allergy? Is your body giving you any of these common signs of a Delayed Food Allergy:

  • Inflammatory Signs – Sinusitis, Rhinitis, Arthritis, Phlegm

  • Dark Circles Under the Eyes

  • Dry/Burning Eyes

  • Ear Itching, Chronic Ear Infections

  • Asthma

  • Auto-Immune conditions such as Psoriasis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s and Colitis, Celiac Disease

  • Seasonal Allergies

  • Eczema, Acne

  • Sensitive Skin

  • Migraines or Recurrent Head Aches

  • Burning or Stiff Sensation in Muscles

  • Aches and Pains that come and go for no reason

  • Chronically Swollen Lymph Nodes

  • History of Tonsillitis or Appendicitis

Food allergies, intolerances, and sensitivities can all affect the health of digestion, respiration (e.g. lungs, sinuses), the immune system, skin, and the hormonal system. A Delayed Food Allergy can present from 2 hours to 2+ days after exposure, and depending on the degree of response by the body and the degree of continued exposure, symptoms can be produced for 28-56 days, or more.

Over time, food sensitivities can damage the integrity of your gut lining and compromise the health of your gut microbiota. This can lead to what is commonly called "leaky gut" and can cause uncomfortable and debilitating symptoms.

Health conditions such as Asthma, Eczema, Psoriasis, Chronic Ear Infections, Heartburn, Inflammatory Bowel Disorders, Chronic Immunodeficiency, Chronic Fatigue, Lyme Disease, Muscle Weakness, Arthritis, High Blood Pressure, and High Cholesterol may all have a Delayed Food Allergy component.

Why Guess When You Can Know?

Why guess which, if any, foods are not healing to your body and which are healing, when a Delayed Food Allergy blood test (IgG test) can show you? This type of blood panel test can provide clear indications of not only that there was a history of immune response to particular food, it can also show the degree of response that the body mounts against those foods. With this knowledge you can blend the results into your health-style and help promote healing within your body starting Day 1. A Holistic Nutritionist can show you how! Delayed Food Allergy blood tests can be done even from home via a finger-stick blood test.
