In my Holistic Nutrition training, we studied the principle that you are not what you eat, you are what you absorb.  Awareness of how, and if, your body is absorbing nutrition is powerful knowledge to support healing and health! And, nutrition is not only vitamins and minerals, it is in fact far more vast – it includes oxygen, water, sunlight, energy, the removal of toxins, sleep, stress levels, our internal dialogue, life-style, health-style, and so much more!
